Education and Experience:
* Minimum HBO working and thinking level. Finance, Controlling and/or accounting education background is preferable. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Skills:

* Ability to switch quickly between different tasks and priorities.
* Advanced excel skills is required
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and regulations.
* Proficiency in financial reporting, tax compliance and auditing processes.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and regions.

Deliverables financial control project:
· Setting up and hands-on maintaining a dynamic cash flow forecast model;
· Set up, document, and hands-on embed an up-to-standard month end closing process (including both balance sheet and P&L review and reporting for the different NL legal entities) in the Dutch finance organisation;
· Set up, document, and hands-on embed a set of basic controls for the different NL legal entities in the Dutch finance organisation;
· Offering proactive and hands-on support on any financial control project that will come along;
· For these deliverables, the requirement is that processes should be automated as much as possible.
